The antibody titer came up negative, but the doctor told me that it comes up negative 50% of time even if you have been exposed to the Borrelia bacteria. She also mentioned that it may have been negative because we did catch it early. Nevertheless, I have to continue taking the doxycycline, and next week she will check my titer again. Hopefully, it will remain negative.
